3. Digital Display Badge and Custom Content
Our digital display badge is designed to support compatible digital content, including certain photos, GIFs, and designs.
Compatibility and performance may depend on factors including:
- File size
- Image dimensions
- Number of animation frames
- Animation length
- File optimization
- File format
- Device or application compatibility
Not every customer-created or third-party GIF or digital file is guaranteed to upload or display properly.
Files that are too large, contain excessive animation frames, are improperly formatted, or are otherwise incompatible may need to be optimized before they can be used.
Difficulty uploading an unsupported or improperly optimized third-party file does not, by itself, establish that the physical product is defective.
Where provided, ARMY MOOD digital packs are prepared and optimized to improve compatibility with the badge based on our testing.
4. Customer-Uploaded Content
You are responsible for any photos, GIFs, images, designs, or other content you choose to upload to or display using the product.
You represent that you have the necessary rights or permissions to use any content you upload.
ARMY MOOD does not grant you rights to third-party intellectual property merely because the product is capable of displaying user-selected content.
You agree not to use our Services to create, upload, distribute, or otherwise use content in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the ARMY MOOD website and its original content, including our website design, original graphics, text, product photography, digital packs, branding elements, and other original materials, are owned by or licensed to ARMY MOOD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use our website and materials only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless we provide written permission otherwise.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that content they independently choose to upload or display is used lawfully.

7. Digital Packs and Bonus Content

Availability and contents of promotional bonuses may vary depending on the offer displayed at the time of purchase.
Unless otherwise stated, digital bonuses:
- Have no cash value.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cannot be independently returned after delivery or access.
- Are intended for personal use only.
- May not be resold, redistributed, republished, or commercially exploited.
Accessing a complimentary digital bonus does not, by itself, remove any otherwise applicable return rights concerning an eligible physical product.
8. Prices and Payments
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price presented when your order is submitted, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors as permitted by applicable law.

If we are unable to ship an order within the time promised, we will handle the delay and any applicable cancellation/refund rights in accordance with applicable law.
The FTC requires online sellers to ship within the time they promise; when a shipment cannot be made within the promised time, applicable rules can require notification and an opportunity to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund.

12. Returns and Refunds
Eligible physical products may be returned within 90 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.
For a standard return, the product must generally be:
- Unused
- Undamaged
- In its original condition
- In its original packaging
- Returned with all original accessories and components
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard eligible returns unless otherwise required by applicable law or the return results from our error.
Different procedures may apply to products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

13. 90-Day Return Guarantee
Our 90-Day Return Guarantee is subject to the eligibility requirements and limitations described in our Refund & Return Policy.
The guarantee should not be interpreted as permission to use a product for 90 days and return it regardless of condition.
Standard returns must satisfy the return conditions described in our Refund & Return Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
14. Order Cancellations and Changes

We will not knowingly condition publication of reviews on whether the review is positive or negative.
